The Sable Controls SVB Series segment V-ball valve is available from 2” through 12” ANSI 150. Its “V” cut in the segment ball allows for precise flow control with an equal percent control characteristic.
In produced water midstream applications, corrosion is often a widespread problem because the right valve materials have been overlooked. Produced water requires stainless but not just any stainless. To tackle the corrosion issue, all of our SVB series are made of CF8M stainless bodies. The segment balls are also made of CF8M stainless with a chrome overlay for additional protection. Our seats are made of soft yet durable TFM 4215 ensuring a bubble-tight shut off. Our stems are made of double heat treated 17-4PH stainless for its tensile strength. The valves meet NACE MR0175 for H2S corrosion resistance.
